ELEFLOOR | OEM AND PRIVATE-LABEL SOURCING CHECKLIST

Purpose
Prepare a collection brief for quotation and a focused sourcing discussion.
This checklist is not a product specification, quotation or test report.

1. YOUR BUSINESS AND MARKET
- Target sales countries or regions
- Existing buying program, supplier review, brand expansion or new brand launch
- Your role and the people responsible for approval
- Sales channels: distributors, dealers, retail, showroom, ecommerce or projects

2. YOUR COLLECTION
- Preferred format: SPC, LVT, wood veneer SPC, or recommendation needed
- Decor direction and any current sample references
- Target total thickness, wear layer and installation method, if known
- Current product features you want to retain or improve
- Distinguish required specifications from preferences that remain open

3. DEVELOPMENT AND BRANDING
- Color and design direction
- Surface texture, plank dimensions, construction and laying pattern
- Acoustic backing requirements, if specified
- Brand name, carton artwork, labels, barcodes and product naming requirements
- Catalog, display or sample-book materials you want to discuss
- Feasibility and product-specific limits must be confirmed before approval

4. VOLUME AND PRICE POSITIONING
- Estimated first-order volume and unit
- Expected annual demand, if available; an estimate is not a purchase commitment
- Target buying price, currency, unit and whether freight is included
- Destination port or delivery location
- Mixed-collection and replenishment requirements to discuss

5. APPROVAL AND LAUNCH
- Target launch or first-delivery window
- The samples, artwork and documents that need approval
- Required product documents for your market and customers
- Reference sample and specification control for repeat orders
- Quantities, pricing, availability and production timing require confirmation
