MANUFACTURING
Elefloor manufactures flooring in Rayong, Thailand and Changzhou, China.
Flooring manufacturing since 2012.
Rayong: 7,000 m² facility, 3 calender lines.
Changzhou: 15,000 m² facility, 5 calender lines.

SPC PRODUCT OPTIONS
Core thickness: 4–8 mm.
Wear layer: 0.3 / 0.5 / 0.7 mm (approximately 12 / 20 / 28 mil).
Standard plank range: 150–230 mm wide, 600–1,800 mm long.
Herringbone uses its own format and joint arrangement.
Backing: optional IXPE or EVA, 1–1.5 mm; bare-back options available.
Decor: 200+ options; new custom film development available.
Texture: EIR, deep emboss, crystal or hand-scraped.
Gloss: matte, satin or gloss.
Branding: private-label cartons, labels and multilingual care instructions.
Exact combinations and production origin are confirmed per quotation.

ORDER PLANNING
Standard collections: MOQ from 1,000 m² per SKU (about 10,764 sq ft).
New decor plus custom dimensions: 3,000 m² per SKU.
Mixed-order arrangements and development/tooling costs are quoted separately.
Standard sample dispatch: within 7 days after design confirmation.
Sample cost, selection and shipping terms are confirmed with the request.
Standard production: typically 15–25 days from order confirmation after
sample/specification and artwork approval, subject to the agreed schedule.
New custom film: allow 4–6 weeks of development before production.
The complete bespoke timeline is quoted separately. Transit is additional.

QUALITY AND DOCUMENT REVIEW
Incoming material checks; inline thickness and density monitoring;
in-house CNC click profiling; every plank visually inspected before packing;
pre-shipment AQL inspection. Third-party inspection can be arranged.
Available documentation includes ISO 9001:2015 quality management documents,
FloorScore certificates, CE conformity documents, REACH documentation and
SGS product test reports. Files are matched to the proposed product and origin.
Check the issuer, validity, tested construction and scope for your application.
Acoustic ratings relate to a tested floor assembly, not the backing alone.

U.S. SOURCING
Eligible Thailand-origin SPC can offer a tariff advantage over comparable
China-origin goods for U.S. imports. Actual treatment depends on classification,
qualifying origin and import-date rules. Compare product price, freight and
other import charges together; no fixed duty rate or saving is promised here.
Other markets are quoted against their own product and delivery requirements.
