SPC Flooring
Our rigid-core SPC program offers 4–8 mm cores, a choice of wear layers and optional attached backing. Wood looks, herringbone and private-label options let you shape the collection around your price point and customers.
Your supplier should be able to show how the flooring is made, where your order will run and what evidence supports the product claims. Elefloor manufactures flooring in Rayong, Thailand and Changzhou, China. Since 2012, we have built our manufacturing around SPC, with LVT and wood veneer SPC options for your range or project.

You can source a practical click-floor collection, flexible vinyl formats or the natural appeal of a real wood surface. Each product family has its own construction and approval requirements.

Our rigid-core SPC program offers 4–8 mm cores, a choice of wear layers and optional attached backing. Wood looks, herringbone and private-label options let you shape the collection around your price point and customers.

Dry-back and loose-lay LVT give your project or collection a flexible vinyl route. We compare the format, finish and proposed specification against your installation brief before preparing the supply proposal.

A real wood surface on a rigid SPC core gives your range a different material story from printed wood-look flooring. Veneer and finish samples help your team judge the natural grain and appearance.
Our manufacturing footprint spans two locations. The quotation identifies the proposed origin for your selected configuration; a factory location alone does not establish availability for every product combination.

The Rayong factory covers 7,000 m² and operates 3 calender lines. For eligible U.S. SPC imports, Thailand-origin sourcing can provide a different tariff position from comparable China-origin goods. Your proposed product and origin are confirmed together.

The Changzhou factory covers 15,000 m² and operates 5 calender lines. Your product configuration, order quantity and delivery plan guide the supply discussion. We record the proposed manufacturing origin and delivery basis in your quotation.
Your agreed construction gives the production run its reference. Our process brings material checks, thickness monitoring, surface finishing and click profiling into the same manufacturing operation.
We check incoming materials before they enter production. Your finished product starts with the material specification behind the agreed construction.
Thickness and density are monitored during SPC production. These controls help keep the run tied to the construction your team has approved.
The selected decor and surface finish establish the appearance your customer will see. Our SPC options include EIR, crystal, deep emboss and hand-scraped treatments.
We machine SPC click profiles in-house using CNC equipment. Your agreed format and joint arrangement belong in the product specification and sample approval.
Every plank receives a visual inspection before packing, followed by a pre-shipment AQL inspection. Your carton details and batch references support the final shipment checks.
Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system supports the manufacturing process. Your product review also needs the documents and tested scope relevant to the flooring you intend to buy.

Incoming material checks, inline thickness and density monitoring, in-house profiling and visual inspection give your supplier review concrete process points to examine.
Your SPC document review can include FloorScore certificates, CE conformity documentation, REACH documentation and SGS product test reports. We match the relevant files to the proposed product and manufacturing origin.
Third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment. Your inspection checklist and the agreed order scope establish the review your inspector will carry out.
Your buyers see the flooring and the brand on the carton. Our OEM/ODM program connects those details, so your team can approve a defined product before committing to production.
Your current specification or reference sample gives us a basis for a proposed alternative. We identify the construction, quantity, packaging and origin so you can compare the supply offer on clear terms.
Library decors, surface options and private-label packaging help you build a starting range around your market and opening-order budget. We can work through the technical choices with you.
We retain your approved specification and samples. Your purchasing team can use the same references to plan replenishment or evaluate a new decor.
Your sourcing checklist helps us focus on the details that matter to your business. We can begin with the proposed product and quotation, then identify the relevant factory and product documentation.
A proposed specification, MOQ, packaging scope, origin and production timing give your team a complete supply offer to assess.
Your review may require company information, quality management documents or reports for the selected configuration. We can identify the relevant information against your checklist.
Your proposed dates, preferred location and areas of interest help us discuss a useful visit. Arrangements and availability are confirmed with our team.
You can begin by comparing the product families, discussing an OEM range or pricing the flooring for a project. We will help turn that starting point into a product and supply proposal.
Your application, installation format and desired surface can narrow the choice between SPC, flexible LVT and wood veneer SPC.
Your existing specification or target price gives us a starting point for the construction, finish and branded packaging.
Your area, budget and approval requirements help us identify flooring options and relevant documents for your team.
Your current specification, sample reference or target price gives us a starting point. We will confirm the product, quantity basis and proposed supply terms with you.
