WSPC gives your collection a genuine hardwood face on a rigid SPC core. Your customer sees natural grain; your purchasing team gets a specification covering the veneer, bond, finish and backing. Elefloor quotes the complete construction, with physical samples to approve before production.
Choose a view to compare the surface or construction.
The wood face distinguishes this series from printed-film SPC. Your quotation records each component separately.
| Component | WSPC starting point | Your order reference |
|---|---|---|
| Surface | 0.3–0.5 mm sliced hardwood veneer | Species, grade, face thickness and selected finish. |
| Veneer bond | PUR hot-melt adhesive | The agreed lamination construction and relevant bond-check records. |
| Rigid core | 4–6 mm SPC family range | The exact core and complete plank thickness, confirmed for your configuration. |
| Standard format | 1,220 × 183 mm | Available format, joint arrangement and packing; custom sizes separately reviewed. |
| Attached backing | Optional IXPE, 1–1.5 mm | Whether the quoted thickness includes the pad; tested acoustic assembly if required. |
| Finish | UV lacquer, natural oil or brushed options | The physical surface reference and corresponding care instructions. |
Standard species give you different visual directions. The sample review establishes grade, tone and finish, not an identical grain on every plank.
A starting direction for a coordinated real-wood range. Your approved sample defines the color treatment and visible character.
A separate wood identity for your collection. Your sample comparison covers grain variation alongside the proposed surface treatment.
Additional standard-species directions let you compare the wood itself before settling on a finish. Availability follows your selected configuration.
Your approval needs to cover the natural surface, the bond beneath it and the joined plank.
Natural wood gives your collection its character, with variation between pieces.
One attractive board can hide a wider appearance range than your buyer expects.
Incoming veneer is reviewed for grain, visible defects, thickness and moisture before lamination.
Your approval record identifies the species, grade and physical appearance references.
Your surface and rigid core rely on the lamination between them.
A finish sample cannot demonstrate the bond strength of a production run.
We use PUR hot-melt lamination, with press settings matched to the thin veneer and batch peel-strength checks.
Your supplier review can request the relevant construction and bond-check information.
Joined boards show details that a loose surface chip cannot.
The seam, exposed veneer edge and click fit affect the finished appearance and use conditions.
Our review covers finish, edge sealing, dimensions and click engagement after profiling.
Your assembled samples and written edge/joint specification form the approval reference.
The wood layer adds its own controls to SPC production.

Your selected species and appearance grade guide incoming thickness, moisture and surface checks.
PUR adhesive and controlled pressing bond the sliced face to the SPC. Production samples undergo bond checks.
Your chosen finish is applied before final profiling and edge review. Joined samples show the resulting seam.
Your agreed construction, finish and carton details provide the references for finished-product and shipment checks.
Your project team reviews the complete flooring system against the selected product instructions.
| Project condition | What needs to match | Approval information |
|---|---|---|
| Subfloor and installation | Flatness, moisture, expansion space and the selected click format. | Product installation instructions and project substrate details. |
| Underfloor heating | The heating system and operating limits for the chosen construction. | Applicable product instructions and relevant assembly evidence. |
| Water exposure | Wood face, exposed edges, joints and finish; core behavior alone is insufficient. | Explicit permitted-use and cleaning conditions; no blanket wet-area approval. |
| Routine care | Cleaning and maintenance matched to UV lacquer, oil or the chosen surface. | Care instructions before your team presents the maintenance offer. |
| Sanding or refinishing | The actual face thickness, finish and product-specific allowance. | Written approval for the selected configuration; no standard refinishing-count promise. |
Your sample package connects the visual choice to the construction you will buy.
Your team compares species, natural grade, color treatment and sheen in the intended showroom or project light.
Connected boards let you review the veneer edge, seam, finish and backing alongside the written construction.
Your agreed samples, specification and artwork remain the reference for production and reorder discussions.
The scope of change affects sourcing, approval and the order plan.
| Your requirement | Starting route | What we confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Standard species and finish | Existing wood veneer program | Available WSPC assembly, sample selection and quotation. |
| A different species | ODM sourcing and qualification | Veneer availability, appearance sample, bonding review and development schedule. |
| Non-standard dimensions | Format and production review | Feasibility, joint configuration, quantity and any setup requirements. |
| Your private label | Approved packaging artwork | Carton print, labels, care information and packing scope. |
Your quotation identifies the selected WSPC configuration and its production origin.
The standard wood veneer SPC family starts at 1,000 m² per SKU. Your WSPC quote confirms the minimum, quantity per species/finish and any custom-development requirement.
Standard finish samples are prepared within 7 days of design confirmation. Family production typically takes 25–35 days from order confirmation, depending on veneer availability and quantity. Your specific schedule and transit are confirmed separately.
Your order can include branded cartons, product labels and agreed-language instructions. The quotation confirms carton coverage, weight and shipment packing rather than applying one loading figure to every construction.
Your proposed wood face, adhesive, core, finish and origin determine which documents are relevant.
A shareable overview of construction choices and order scope across six series. You can use it for an initial comparison; the agreed product file defines your order.
Your technical file can include the agreed layer specification and relevant lamination-check information.
We identify the available product reports and conformity documents for your configuration. Your team can check issuer, date and tested scope.
Your flooring instructions establish permitted conditions and finish-specific maintenance before the product reaches your customer.
Your current specification, sample reference or target price gives us a starting point. We will confirm the product, quantity basis and proposed supply terms with you.
