Your SPC options include a 4–8 mm core, a 0.3 / 0.5 / 0.7 mm wear layer and optional factory-attached backing. The wear layer and pad are listed separately, so you know what is included in the price.

SPC is rigid-core vinyl flooring with a decorative surface and an optional attached backing.
- Surface finish
- Gloss and texture influence the appearance your customer sees and feels.
- Wear layer
- The transparent layer sits over the printed design. Its thickness is a separate specification from total plank thickness.
- Decor film
- The printed layer creates the wood or stone appearance. A wood-look print is different from real wood veneer.
- Rigid core & joints
- The rigid body carries the plank construction. Click-joint design determines how adjoining boards connect.
- Optional backing
- An attached pad adds another layer. Its material, thickness and installation compatibility belong in your product review.

Flatness, moisture, expansion space and permitted underlay follow the selected product’s installation instructions. A rigid core cannot replace those checks. Product suitability requires review against your actual use conditions.

Our Rayong factory covers 7,000 m² with 3 calender lines. We can quote Thailand-origin supply against the construction you already buy, or recommend a starting specification for your range.

See the finish before you buy
Standard samples dispatch within 7 days after design confirmation. Compare color, texture and connected boards, then retain the approved physical sample with the written specification.
Checked on the line
We check incoming materials, monitor thickness and density during production, and machine click profiles in-house. Every plank receives a visual inspection before packing.
Reports for your review
FloorScore certificates, CE conformity documentation, REACH documentation and SGS test reports are available on request. We match the files to your product and origin; check the laboratory, test method, date and scope against your requirements. Acoustic ratings need the relevant tested assembly.
Inspect before the goods leave
A pre-shipment AQL inspection checks the finished order. Third-party inspection can be arranged; packing lists and batch references help your warehouse identify the shipment.
Your shortlist and document requirements give us the basis for a useful sample package. We will confirm sample selection and shipping arrangements before dispatch.
