Flooring supply your project team can price and approve.

Your flooring area, budget and next decision give us a useful starting point. We will help your team compare SPC and LVT options, prepare the supply specification and arrange samples and relevant product reports. Your proposal covers the material you are buying, with packing scope and production timing for the delivery discussion.

SPC or LVT: start with the installation brief.

Your installation format affects preparation, floor height and the complete project budget. We can propose a construction against the conditions your contractor and design team have specified.

SPC: rigid core and click installation

Your SPC proposal can draw on 4–8 mm cores, 0.3, 0.5 or 0.7 mm wear layers and optional attached backing. Your application, joint arrangement and installation requirements guide the exact configuration and supporting evidence.

Stone-effect LVT samples from the Elefloor collection

LVT: dry-back or loose-lay formats

Typical dry-back LVT is 2–3 mm thick; loose-lay options span 3.5–5 mm. Wear layers across the range run from 0.2 to 0.7 mm. Your fixing method, substrate and intended use determine the product to evaluate.

The same floor area can bring very different requirements.

Your project schedule and use conditions help us focus the proposal. We can prepare the product options and documents your team needs for its next approval.

Retail and showrooms

Your sample sets the visual direction; expected footfall, entrance conditions and rolling fixtures shape the product review. We can compare the construction and finish against the brief before you finalize the material choice.

Workplaces and refurbishment

Your existing substrate, floor-height transitions and castor-chair use belong in the specification. We can help narrow the SPC or LVT format while your contractor defines preparation and fixing requirements.

Hospitality

Your guest rooms, corridors and reception areas can call for different surfaces and approval evidence. Your room schedule and handover phases help us organize quantities, sample selection and the production discussion.

Multifamily developments

Your unit mix and acoustic requirements affect the construction and order plan. We can review the proposed product and available reports with your team; acoustic ratings must relate to the relevant tested floor assembly.

A useful project price covers an agreed scope.

Your material price per m² is one part of the budget; subfloor work, installation labor and delivery add separate costs. Your quotation identifies our supply scope so your team can complete the project budget on the same basis.

A supply-only budget is welcome

Your early estimate can be a range. We can work from your project area and target material price, with technical choices left open for recommendation.

Get the right people looking at the same product.

Your owner, designer and contractor may each approve a different part of the purchase. A physical sample and written specification give that discussion one common reference.

01

Establish the visual reference

Your shortlist can start with a color, texture or reference sample. Your standard SPC samples dispatch within 7 days after design confirmation; we confirm shipping terms and transit with you.

02

Record the construction

We state the proposed thickness, wear layer, backing, dimensions and product identity in the supply specification. Your team can compare that configuration with the sample and installation brief.

03

Match the documents

Your project specification identifies which reports or certificates are needed. We provide the relevant available documents for review against the proposed product, production origin and tested scope.

04

Confirm the order plan

Your approved product, quantity per decor, packing and delivery basis form the order reference. We confirm production timing against the agreed configuration and schedule.

Evidence for the configuration you are approving.

A wear-layer value or a certification logo cannot establish every use condition. We connect the proposed flooring with its manufacturing controls and available product documents.

Factory quality control

For your SPC order, we check incoming materials, monitor thickness and density during production, and inspect the product before packing. Third-party inspection can be arranged when your purchase requires it.

Market and project documents

Relevant FloorScore certificates, CE conformity documents, REACH documentation and product test reports can support your review. We match your selected product and origin to the relevant files, including the issuer and scope.

Installation and acoustic context

Your contractor follows the selected product instructions for the substrate, fixing and expansion details. An attached backing alone cannot establish an acoustic rating; your team reviews the tested floor assembly.

A project quote with the next decision in mind.

You can begin during budgeting, tendering or purchasing. We use your role and project stage to focus the product options, sample support and pricing you receive.

Owner or purchasing team

Your flooring area, budget and approval process help us prepare a proposal your decision-makers can compare. A reference sample or preferred look gives us the design direction.

Main contractor or flooring contractor

Your material schedule, installation requirements and required arrival date help us quote the supply scope. We can include samples and available product reports for the owner or consultant's review.

Designer or project consultant

Your finish brief and specification requirements help us identify the configuration to evaluate. Samples and relevant documents support the approval discussion before the purchasing team commits to the order.

Your buying questions, answered.

Is SPC or LVT better for a commercial flooring project?

Your installation plan and use conditions determine the useful comparison. SPC offers a rigid core and click installation; dry-back and loose-lay LVT provide different fixing formats. We can compare construction, wear layer, finish and relevant reports against your budget and project brief.

Does a thicker wear layer automatically qualify flooring for heavy commercial use?

A wear-layer thickness describes one part of the construction. Your traffic, rolling loads, cleaning conditions, installation and required performance evidence all affect suitability. We confirm the proposed product and provide the relevant available documents for your team's assessment.

What does Elefloor need for a project flooring quotation?

Your project location, flooring area, role, buying stage and target material budget are useful starting details. A preferred product, reference sample or specification helps us narrow the proposal. Your quotation can identify the supply configuration, quantity basis, packing scope, price basis and production timing.

Can I request flooring samples and reports before placing a project order?

Yes. You can request samples through the project procurement route and include the reports your approval team needs. We confirm sample selection, document availability and shipping arrangements for the proposed configuration. You can leave technical choices open when you would like a recommendation.

Does attached backing guarantee the acoustic rating my project requires?

An acoustic result belongs to a tested floor assembly, including the substrate and other layers. Your attached backing is one part of that assembly. We can review the relevant available report with your team so it can assess whether the proposed product and test setup answer the project requirement.
