Flooring quality you can review before you order.

A sample shows the finish. The production checks and product documents help you judge the supply behind it. We connect your approved specification with material checks, production records and pre-shipment inspection, with the relevant reports available for your team's review.

Four checkpoints between the material and your shipment.

Your order moves through material, production, finished-product and pre-shipment checks. Your approved construction and product references give our QC team the basis for reviewing the run.

01

Incoming materials

Your material records start with checks on incoming batches against the production specification. Materials that do not pass the review are held apart from accepted inputs. These records help your supplier audit follow the material into the production run.

02

Production monitoring

Thickness, flatness and layer adhesion are checked during production. Our technicians record measurements and review process changes before continuing a run. Your agreed construction remains the reference when comparing the output with the sample and written specification.

03

Finished-product checks

We inspect dimensions, surface appearance and edge details before packing. Click products also receive joint-fit and assembly checks. We visually inspect every plank before packing. Your lot references connect the finished product with the relevant production and release records.

04

Pre-shipment inspection

Your pre-shipment inspection uses AQL-based sampling to check packed product, labels, quantities and packing condition before loading. Your independent inspector can attend this stage. Your shipment review also includes packing references and loading photographs for the order record.

The right document for the question your team needs answered.

A quality system certificate, product certificate and laboratory report describe different things. We provide the relevant files for your proposed flooring so you can review the product, production location and document scope together.

ISO 9001:2015 · Quality management

Our Changzhou and Rayong facilities operate under ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Your supplier qualification team can request the system documents and review the named organisation, production scope and issuing details alongside the proposed manufacturing location.

FloorScore · Indoor air quality

FloorScore certification addresses product VOC emissions. We can provide certificates for review against your selected flooring. Your team can check the product listing, site and validity against a retailer checklist or project specification before approving the product.

CE · Conformity documentation

For the relevant CE-marked flooring, we provide conformity documentation and the applicable Declaration of Performance. Your technical team can compare the product identity and declared characteristics with the project or market requirements, together with supporting test reports.

REACH · Chemical documentation

REACH statements and chemical test documentation are available for product review. Your inquiry can identify the required substances or screening scope, so we can match the relevant report and formulation references to the flooring you intend to purchase.

SGS and laboratory product reports

SGS is a testing and inspection provider. Your product report identifies the tested sample, method and results, so you can assess the scope behind the finding. We can identify the available report for your construction and the performance parameter your team needs to assess.

Match the evidence to the flooring you are buying.

Your approval file should describe the proposed product, rather than a similar-looking sample. We can work from your specification or customer checklist to identify the documents required for the review.

Product and construction

The product reference, thickness, wear layer, surface and backing identify the configuration for review. A change to the construction may change which report is relevant. Your acoustic review needs results for the tested floor assembly, including its backing and other layers.

Production location and document scope

Your quotation identifies the proposed production origin. We match the product files and quality documents to that supply discussion so your team can review the named entity, facility and covered product range together.

Issuer, date and result

The complete file gives your reviewer the issuing body or laboratory, document reference, method, date and tested scope. Where your customer names a particular standard or criterion, we can confirm which supporting document is available before the order is approved.

Your inspector can check the order before it leaves.

An independent inspection can be part of your purchase plan. We support visits by your nominated inspector and providers such as SGS or Bureau Veritas, with the inspection stage and scope agreed for the order.

A scope agreed early

Your inspection checklist can identify sampling, dimensions, appearance, labels, quantities and packing checks. We can arrange access to the relevant product and records for your inspector, at a stage agreed with the production and shipment schedule.

Records available for supplier review

Production and material references, QC records and measurement-equipment records support the audit discussion. The documents relevant to your order can be identified with our team before the visit, including any customer-specific report requirements.

A clear release decision

Your team can review the inspection findings alongside the agreed specification and packing scope before shipment release. Your team and our account contact can work from the same product and order references when following up any inspection points.

Keep the approved sample connected to the order.

A shared approval reference makes the handover between purchasing, production and receiving more precise. Your sample, specification and packaging agreement belong in the same order record.

01

Approve the product

Your physical sample establishes the agreed color and finish. The written specification records the construction, dimensions, backing and joint details where applicable. Required product documents are reviewed alongside these references.

02

Approve the carton and labels

Product names, decor references, coverage and brand artwork are reviewed before packing. Your receiving team can then compare the agreed label and quantity information with the packing list and the goods arriving at the warehouse.

03

Retain the production reference

We keep the approved sample and specification for reorder discussions. Packing lists and batch references connect the shipment with production records, giving your team a more precise starting point for receiving checks and later replenishment.

Get the evidence your purchasing decision needs.

Your product reference and requirement checklist are the most useful starting point. We will identify the relevant files, confirm any additional testing or inspection scope, and connect the document review with your quotation or sample request.

For your supplier shortlist

Your sourcing team can request quality-system and factory information as part of its supplier assessment. Your review can cover the proposed product family, production site and inspection arrangements.

For your project approval

Your project specification may name an emissions, fire, slip or acoustic requirement. We can check the relevant product and available reports before your team completes its technical approval.

For your sample comparison

A sample package can be reviewed with the construction and relevant reports. Your team can assess the appearance and documentary evidence together before moving to a bulk-order discussion.

Your buying questions, answered.

Which quality and certification documents can I request?

You can request ISO 9001:2015 quality management documents, FloorScore certificates, CE conformity documentation, REACH documentation and product-specific SGS or laboratory reports. We match the available files to the product and proposed production location you are reviewing.

Can I review product reports before placing an order?

Yes. We can provide relevant documents during the quotation and sample-review stage. Your product reference and the standard or customer requirement help us identify the right file. Document availability and any additional testing are confirmed for the proposed configuration.

Can our own inspector visit the factory before shipment?

Yes. We can arrange access for your nominated inspector or a provider such as SGS or Bureau Veritas. Your team can agree the inspection stage, sampling scope and required records with us as part of the order plan.

Is an ISO 9001 certificate the same as a flooring test report?

No. ISO 9001 concerns the quality management system. A flooring test report records the identified sample, method and measured results. Your supplier review may need both the system documents and product evidence relevant to the configuration you intend to buy.

How do you connect quality records to my shipment?

Your approved sample and written specification establish the order reference. Production and release records, batch references, labels and packing lists help connect the finished goods with the production run and shipment. We retain agreed product references for repeat-order discussions.

Does a certificate automatically approve the flooring for my project?

Your technical team still needs to compare the document's product listing, construction and tested scope with the project requirement. We can supply the relevant evidence and help identify any additional review needed before you approve the product.
