Your sample can identify the dry-back or loose-lay construction alongside the finish. Existing decor samples dispatch within 7 days after design confirmation.
Real wood veneer
Your wood species, veneer appearance and finish need a physical comparison. Standard finish samples are prepared within 7 days of design confirmation; dispatch and transit are confirmed with you.
Selection, charges and shipping agreed first.
The sample request is an inquiry. We confirm what is available and how it will reach you before dispatch.
Your sample package
The selected decor, construction and any connected-board or surface requirements define the package. Custom development follows a separately quoted schedule.
Sample and freight charges
Charges depend on the requested selection and destination. Your sample confirmation states the package, shipping method and any costs; no universal free-sample promise applies.
Arrival planning
Dispatch time and transit time are separate. Your destination and courier arrangements determine the expected arrival date.

Your approved reference and written specification give the order a common basis.
Compare in your own setting
Your sales or project team can check color, gloss, texture, joined boards and floor-height expectations. Product reports support the technical review.
Record the agreed construction
We identify the product, decor, layers and packaging in the quotation. A different wear layer or backing means a different construction to compare.
Retain the reference
We retain the agreed specification and approved samples for reorder reference. Your team can keep its own approved sample alongside the order documents.
