Standard SPC plank options span 150–230 mm in width and 600–1,800 mm in length. We confirm available size combinations and the carton plan, so the format works for both your collection and your handling requirements.
Your SPC construction can use a 4–8 mm core with a 0.3, 0.5 or 0.7 mm wear layer. Core, wear layer and backing are listed separately in the quotation, making the price basis easier to compare.
Straight planks and herringbone give your collection different design positions. We agree the format and joint arrangement together, so the sample represents the layout your customers will receive.
Optional IXPE or EVA backing is available in 1–1.5 mm options, with bare-back supply also available. Your acoustic requirements are reviewed against the relevant tested assembly rather than a pad description alone.
