Wood veneer SPC flooring. Real grain for your next collection.

Give your customers the wood surface they can see and feel, with a rigid SPC construction underneath. Elefloor is a wood veneer SPC manufacturer for your private-label range or building project. Your quotation brings the veneer, finish, core and order conditions together, so you can price the actual product you want to sell.

Real wood starts with the face construction.

Your wood veneer SPC category includes different veneer selections. The WSPC series gives you a concrete starting point for sliced-face supply; other configurations follow the proposed product file.

Wood veneer SPC specifications for your quotation.

Your customer buys the surface, but your order covers the entire plank. We identify the veneer, core and optional pad separately in the agreed specification.

Already have a specification?

Your current product or reference sample gives us a direct starting point. We can quote the proposed wood face, core, finish and packing scope against the same requirements.

A genuine wood surface gives your range a different story.

Printed wood-look SPC uses a decor film. Wood veneer SPC carries real timber at the surface, with natural grain and variation that your customers can examine in a sample.

Species sets the character

Oak, walnut, ash and hickory give your collection different grain patterns and tones. A species sample helps your team choose the visual direction before committing to an opening range.

Finish sets the feel

UV lacquer, natural oil, brushed and smooth matte options let you shape the surface your customer touches. We prepare the agreed finish for sample approval, rather than relying on a species name alone.

Variation is part of the material

Real veneer varies from log to log. Your agreed grading and approved samples establish the appearance for the order; your sales team can explain that natural variation accurately.

Your buyer is choosing natural wood, including its variation.

The surface sample and agreed finish give your team a clearer product story and the factory a review reference.

A color promise natural veneer cannot keep

What can go wrong

Your customer may expect a printed-film uniformity from a surface with natural grain and tone variation.

What we check or agree

We approve the species, veneer appearance and finish with your sample set. Your range description can reflect the natural variation your buyers will receive.

Your approval reference

A representative sample set, not a single screen swatch.

A core claim mistaken for a surface warranty

What can go wrong

The rigid SPC core does not make every wood face suitable for standing water, wet-area use or unlimited refinishing.

What we check or agree

We identify the actual veneer, coating and product instructions. Your project team reviews permitted use and maintenance for that surface.

Your approval reference

Selected-product care and warranty information.

A face thickness left out of the comparison

What can go wrong

Two wood veneer quotations can use different face constructions even when their total thickness is similar.

What we check or agree

Your quoted veneer, core and backing values stay separate. The WSPC sliced-face series is identified distinctly from the wider family range.

Your approval reference

The written assembly and approved physical sample.

Build the collection around your price position.

Our wood veneer SPC family includes WSPC, VSPC and hardwood-face configurations. The face construction and finish distinguish the offer; the quotation records the exact assembly you are buying.

WSPC: an entry into real wood

A sliced veneer face gives your range a genuine wood option alongside printed-film SPC. It suits a collection where the customer wants real timber and your team wants a defined starting configuration.

VSPC: more grain character

Rotary-cut or sliced veneer options give you another way to develop the grain and visual depth of your range. We confirm the face, species and surface treatment with your selected sample.

Hardwood face: a premium direction

Sawn-cut face options support a collection positioned around the feel and appearance of natural wood. Your care and maintenance offer follows the selected product instructions and finish.

The bond deserves as much attention as the grain.

A beautiful sample cannot tell you how the veneer was bonded. Our production controls address the natural wood layer as well as the rigid core underneath.

Veneer checked before lamination

We inspect incoming veneer for thickness consistency, moisture, grain and visible defects. That gives your agreed surface grade a production reference before the wood reaches the bonding line.

PUR bonding and batch checks

We use a PUR hot-melt bonding process with press settings matched to the veneer thickness. Peel-strength checks on production samples help verify the bond behind your finished plank.

Finish, edges and joints

We inspect surface finish and edge sealing alongside plank thickness and click engagement. Your approved sample stays with the written specification as the reference for the order.

Your wood collection, ready for your sales channel.

Your brand can start with standard species and configurations, or develop a more individual surface through ODM. The work behind a new species is included in the development discussion.

01

Set the surface and price position

Your target customer, selling channel and supply budget help us propose the face, core and finish. Standard configurations start at 1,000 m² per SKU.

02

Approve the physical reference

Standard finish samples are prepared within 7 days of design confirmation. A new species adds sourcing and adhesion qualification work; we agree that sample schedule with you separately.

03

Put your brand on the shipment

Private-label cartons, UPC/EAN labels and installation instructions in your market's language carry the product through to your warehouse and sales team. Artwork and packing scope form part of your quotation.

04

Plan the production window

Production typically takes 25–35 days from order confirmation, depending on veneer availability and order size. We confirm the schedule for your configuration and treat transit as a separate part of the plan.

Real wood for the project your customer is planning.

Your intended use determines the product review. We can prepare samples and the relevant product information for your designer, contractor or purchasing team.

Residential and renovation

Natural grain can give a new-build or renovation range a clear step up in appearance. Your floor-height limits, room conditions and care expectations help define the construction and finish.

Hospitality and boutique spaces

A timber surface can be part of the design brief for guest rooms, lounges or retail spaces. Your traffic, cleaning and rolling-load requirements guide the evidence review before approval.

Heated-floor projects

Your heating system and surface-temperature limits belong with the selected product instructions. We can review the proposed configuration and relevant test information with your project team.

Product documents for your approval file.

Your selected wood veneer configuration needs its own supporting information. We match the proposed surface, construction and production origin to the relevant files.

Surface and construction

Your proposed specification identifies species, veneer thickness, SPC core, backing and finish. Joined samples help your team assess the grain, seam and surface together.

Market and project evidence

Relevant FloorScore, CE and REACH documentation can be requested for the selected line. Your team can verify the issuer, construction and scope against its market or project requirements.

Installation and care

The rigid core does not remove the need to protect a real wood face. Your product instructions define permitted conditions, cleaning and maintenance; refinishing and wet-area use need explicit product approval.

Your buying questions, answered.

Is wood veneer SPC the same as wood-look SPC?

Wood veneer SPC has a real hardwood face bonded to an SPC core. Printed wood-look SPC uses a decorative film. Your wood veneer order specifies the timber species, veneer construction and finish alongside the core, so the surface you approve is clear.

Which wood veneer SPC specifications can Elefloor supply?

Our category range includes 0.3–0.6 mm wood veneer on a 4–6 mm SPC core, with optional 1–1.5 mm IXPE backing. A standard plank format is 1,220 × 183 mm. We confirm the exact face, core, total thickness, format and production origin in your quotation.

What is the MOQ for a private-label wood veneer SPC order?

Standard species and configurations start at 1,000 m² per SKU. Custom species and non-standard dimensions may need higher quantities because veneer sourcing and setup differ. Your quote confirms the minimum for each proposed configuration and decor.

How long do samples and wood veneer SPC production take?

Standard samples in the agreed finish are prepared within 7 days of design confirmation. Production typically takes 25–35 days from order confirmation, depending on veneer availability and quantity. New species require additional development and adhesion checks. We agree the sample, production and shipping schedule for your request.

Is the complete wood veneer SPC floor waterproof?

The SPC core and the real wood surface require different consideration. A rigid core does not make every joint, exposed edge or installed floor waterproof. Your selected finish and installation instructions define the permitted use and cleaning conditions; prolonged standing water and wet-area proposals require specific review.

Can I choose my own veneer species and carton design?

Yes. You can start with standard oak, walnut, ash or hickory options and develop other species through ODM. We review sourcing and adhesion before confirming a new species. Private-label cartons, UPC/EAN labels and installation instructions can be prepared to your agreed artwork and language requirements.

Can wood veneer SPC be sanded or refinished?

Your selected face thickness and finish determine the maintenance options. We do not apply one sanding or refinishing promise to the entire veneer SPC range. Your team can request the care instructions for the proposed configuration before presenting that service to customers.
