Plan the delivery alongside the product.

Your flooring order needs a production window and a shipping basis that work together. We confirm the proposed origin, packing scope and delivery terms with the quotation, then check the shipment plan against the agreed order.

Two production locations. A stated origin for your order.

The available configuration, schedule and origin requirements guide the proposal.

Rayong, Thailand

Thailand production ships through Laem Chabang. For eligible U.S. SPC imports, the origin can form part of a tariff comparison. Your order-specific documents establish the source.

Changzhou, China

Changzhou shipments route through Shanghai. Your quotation identifies the proposed configuration and factory origin alongside the packing and freight scope.

A clear basis for the freight comparison.

Production lead time, ocean or courier transit and destination delivery are separate parts of the schedule.

Quotation scope

Your destination port or delivery address, quantity and requested arrival date help define the freight basis. The quotation identifies the agreed shipping term and included costs.

Packing and loading

We confirm your carton coverage, labels, pallet arrangements and shipment details for the selected product. Product weight and carrier payload limits determine the final loading plan.

Shipment documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and origin documentation support the agreed shipment. Required product documents are matched to the order.

Schedule changes

Custom decor development, artwork revisions and changes in quantities can affect production readiness. Your order confirmation and current carrier schedule set the working dates.
