Oak as a core collection
Light, natural and white oak references let you compare warmth and grain contrast within a familiar wood direction. Your showroom shortlist can cover different interiors without relying on a screen image to settle the color.
Your wood-look range can combine 4, 5 or 6 mm SPC cores with the tone, grain and finish your customers choose. We manufacture the printed-decor flooring, including EIR surfaces that follow the wood pattern. Your quote identifies the complete construction and packing scope.
Choose a view to compare the surface or construction.
Your quote states the core, wear layer, format and backing separately. A matching oak name alone cannot establish an equivalent product.
| Configuration | Available options | Your quotation records |
|---|---|---|
| SPC core | 4 / 5 / 6 mm | The selected core thickness, separate from backing. |
| Wear layer | 0.3 / 0.5 / 0.7 mm | Approximately 12 / 20 / 28 mil; the selected construction and relevant evidence. |
| Plank format | 1,220 × 183 mm; 1,524 × 228 mm | Standard and wide-plank options, confirmed with the joint arrangement. |
| Surface | EIR, deep emboss or hand-scraped | Texture, gloss and the physical approval reference. |
| Backing | Factory-attached IXPE or EVA options | The proposed material, pad thickness and complete plank build-up. |
| Branding | Private-label cartons and labels | Artwork, quantity per decor and agreed packing scope. |
Your shortlist can draw on 200+ wood decor films. Physical samples establish the final tone and finish.
Light, natural and white oak references let you compare warmth and grain contrast within a familiar wood direction. Your showroom shortlist can cover different interiors without relying on a screen image to settle the color.
Dark walnut gives your range a stronger contrast to pale oak. We review the approved color reference during production; a shift in a dark tone is especially noticeable when your customers lay boards side by side.
Hickory, ash and other wood reproductions can extend your visual offer. Your reference sample helps us identify the available film and surface pairing before you add another color to the order plan.
We can price core and wear-layer alternatives against your target cost, with surface and backing changes identified.
Your comparison can begin with a thinner core where floor height and cost are priorities. We review the wear layer, backing and use conditions alongside the core.
Your options include an established 5 mm core and 0.5 mm wear-layer configuration. The comparison covers the surface, pad and packaging as well as the plank.
Your thicker-core review includes shipping weight, transitions and installation requirements. We provide the relevant available evidence for your intended use; thickness alone cannot establish a use rating.
Your EIR sample pairs the embossed surface with the chosen decor film, for approval of the print and texture together.

Your EIR sample shows whether the relief follows the printed grain. A textured surface with a different registration can look convincing in a photograph yet feel disconnected in the customer's hands.
Your approval can include joined samples, showing the edge appearance and grain transition. That gives your sales team a better reference than a loose color chip when explaining the finished look.
Your second shipment may meet the first on the same project. We retain the approved color and product references for comparison.
We compare production samples with the approved color reference, including instrumental color checks. Your agreed sample captures the tone, texture and gloss that a generic label such as oak cannot describe.
A mismatch can leave your contractor separating cartons or your warehouse holding a disputed batch. Your receiving team can use decor and batch references to identify the material before it moves into installation.
Your flooring combines a layered construction and mechanical joint. We check both during production.
We check thickness, density and dimensional accuracy against your approved construction.
We check the wear-layer bond and surface against your selected texture and approved color.
Your joint profiles are machined in-house and checked on assembled samples before packing.
Visual inspection and pre-shipment checks support your order approval. Third-party inspection can be arranged against the scope your purchasing team requires.
Your room and installation plan guide the construction. The chosen wood visual and product suitability are reviewed together.
Your palette, floor-height transitions and acoustic requirements guide sample selection. An attached pad is only part of an acoustic assembly; the relevant test setup matters when your project has a sound target.
Your brief can include castor chairs, rolling displays and entrance conditions. We can provide the available reports for the proposed configuration so your team can assess the flooring against those demands.
Wood-look SPC has a printed decor surface. When your specification requires real timber at the face, our wood veneer SPC is a separate construction with its own samples, care requirements and quotation.
Your confirmed schedule separates existing decor production from any new film or tooling development.
| Order item | Starting point | Commercial scope |
|---|---|---|
| Standard collection MOQ | 1,000 m² per SKU | Quantity per decor; mixed-order terms confirmed with your quotation. |
| Standard samples | Within 7 days after design confirmation | Dispatch timing; shipping charges and transit agreed separately. |
| Existing-film production | Typically 15–20 days from order confirmation | Container-ready target subject to film availability, quantity and the confirmed production schedule. |
| New EIR tooling | Typically 2–3 weeks for plate development | After design confirmation; new decor film development and the complete custom timeline are quoted separately. |
Your private-label quote covers existing films or custom development, with the configuration and setup work identified.
Your printed carton, product name, barcode and language requirements belong with the flooring quote. The agreed packing plan records carton coverage and weight for your warehouse and freight planning.
Your target price and quantity per decor help us plan the initial selection. Your proposed mix identifies the minimum quantity for each decor.
Your decor shortlist, construction and destination let us match the sample and relevant product documents.
A shareable overview of construction choices and order scope across six series. You can use it for an initial comparison; the agreed product file defines your order.
Your sample package establishes color, surface feel, joined-board appearance and the proposed construction. An approved reference supports the order specification and later reorder comparison.
Your review can include FloorScore certificates, CE conformity information and relevant test reports. We match the files to the proposed configuration and origin; a logo alone does not settle the project requirement.
Your buying team can compare this straight-plank range with herringbone or flexible LVT before fixing the installation format. Each route has its own dimensions and approval questions.
Your current specification, sample reference or target price gives us a starting point. We will confirm the product, quantity basis and proposed supply terms with you.
