Your role and project stage define the next step.

Your role and stage establish the context for your technical preferences.

Planning and budgeting

Your early brief can start with the application, appearance and budget range. We can help compare product formats and preliminary sample choices while specifications remain open.

Tendering and supplier comparison

Your purchasing team needs a consistent product and price basis. The role of the owner, contractor, consultant or distributor also identifies who will review the proposal.

Purchasing and construction

Your agreed specification, approval requirements and delivery window become the priorities. The quotation can then focus on the product and order scope needed for the purchase decision.

State the flooring area and what it represents.

Your area can be entered in m² or sq ft. An estimate is useful when its basis is clear.

Net area or order allowance

Your requirements note can explain whether the area is measured flooring, a preliminary estimate or an order quantity including allowance. Layout and cutting requirements are reviewed before final quantities are agreed.

Project-specific context

For a hotel, your note can distinguish rooms and corridors or delivery phases. For a retail refurbishment, it can identify the selling area and access constraints. For offices, it can flag castor chairs, rolling loads or acoustic requirements.

A budget figure needs a defined scope.

Your brief records the budget scope, currency and price unit using these three choices.

Connect the product choice with the approval requirement.

Your preferences and any specified criteria help us narrow the proposal.

Configuration and installation

Your guide records product format, total thickness including backing, wear layer and installation preference. You can follow an existing specification or request a recommendation where a choice is undecided.

Named performance criteria

Your requirements note can identify emissions, fire, slip, acoustic or other specified criteria. We match the available product reports to the proposed construction for your technical team's review.

Approval responsibility

Your role and approval-process note identify who needs the samples and documents, aligning the owner, contractor and consultant before ordering.

Your required arrival date needs a delivery context.

The project guide records the country, city or delivery port and target date.

01

Clarify the destination

Your port and project site are different delivery points. The proposed shipping terms identify which point and costs the quotation covers.

02

Explain what the date means

Your note can distinguish required site arrival from a tender deadline or handover milestone. This gives the schedule discussion a clear target.

03

Separate approval, production and transit

Your order schedule needs all three stages. We confirm production timing for the proposed configuration; transit and any project phasing are reviewed alongside it.

What your team can review in the proposal.

The brief gives us the basis for a product and commercial discussion, with the remaining decisions made explicit.

Product and commercial scope

Your quotation identifies the proposed construction, decor, quantity basis, MOQ, packing, production origin and shipping scope. Production timing is confirmed for the order.

Samples and supporting evidence

Your sample discussion establishes appearance and the product reference. Relevant reports can then be matched to the configuration and project approval checklist.

Start with the project information you know.

Your brief does not need every technical choice to be final. Optional detail can be discussed with our team.

A structured handover

The guide collects your role, stage, area, budget basis, specification and delivery needs, then lets you review the summary before sending.

Your buying questions, answered.

Can I request a project quote while the design is still open?

Yes. Your project type, stage, estimated area and budget give us a starting point. You can request product advice and samples while technical preferences remain undecided.

Should I enter the installed budget or the flooring supply budget?

Either can be useful when the scope is stated. The guide lets you select supply only, flooring and freight, or the total installed project budget. Your quotation then identifies the supply costs it covers.

What if my flooring area is only an estimate?

Your estimate can start the discussion. A note explaining whether it is measured area, an early allowance or an intended order quantity prevents the figures being treated as equivalent.

Does entering my target date confirm delivery?

No. The date starts a schedule review against sample approval, the proposed product, production availability and transit. We confirm the agreed timing with the quotation and order discussion.
